How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Why did my Night Reader Kit arrive in more than one package?
The items in the kit ship separately, so they may arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship it straight to them.
What does the color option on the book light mean?
It's the color of the light's body. Every book light has the same three light settings, including a warm amber mode for reading at night.
Are the heart bookmarks real leather?
No. They're made of PU (vegan) leather. Each set comes with 3 bookmarks in assorted colors.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
When should I order for the holidays?
Order by December 5 for delivery before the holidays.
