Arrive on different dates

Lamplit Reading Co. remains the customer-facing seller and point of contact for order-related support.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability. However, colors and appearance may vary based on screens, lighting, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates.

We may modify or discontinue products without notice. We do not guarantee that every product or variation will remain available.

Orders and billing information

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.

Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, supplier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically constitute a breach of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged-item claims, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You must contact us before returning a product.
