Request a Return

Returns are handled securely through your Shopify customer account, so you do not need to send your order details to a public email address.

How it works

Click Request a Return.
Enter the email address you used at checkout. Shopify will send you a one-time verification code.
After you sign in, select the order you want help with. You do not need to type your order number manually because Shopify shows the orders connected to your verified email address.
For an eligible delivered item, choose Return items, select the item, choose a reason, add any helpful notes, and submit the request.
We will review the request and send return instructions after approval.

Return requests must follow our Refund Policy. Do not send an item back to the address printed on its original shipping package.
