Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked on every order within the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and most arrive in about 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
For delivery before the holidays, please order by December 5.
Returns
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a refund. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, contact us and we'll look into it.
